Twelve year ago, in Yonkers NY, I went into labor with my second child. It was after dinner when I started feeling cramps and at that moment, I knew right away what that meant. Next week, I will be in Orlando for my second blog conference, the Disney Social Media Moms Conference. I'll be in Orlando for 4 days and I'm so excited to go. I remember when I was a little girl, my father would always add Pique (Puerto Rican Hot Sauce) to his rice and beans. He said the heat of the Pique would enhance the flavor of the beans and give it a spicy kick.
