Last month, I was invited to have breakfast with Food Network's Aaron McCargo, courtesy of Aunt Jemima.  You may not know this but I'm completely obsessed with the Food Network.  I know EVERYONE on the network and watch almost every show.  If there's ever a blog event featuring ANYONE from the Food Network, I am so there! I first saw Aaron McCargo when he was on the show called Food Network Star back in 2008. He actually won the grand prize of having his own show.  I was rooting for him since … [Read more...]

A few months ago I posted about facts about me so this is kind of a continuation of the first one. Also, if you're a blogger, you may have noticed that I wrote "Tuesday Thirteen." Bloggers know it should be Thursday but I never got to posting this LAST week so enjoy. The Joys of Mamihood: Cheesy Feet

Being a mom of three kids, all different ages, the joys of mamihood can become both amusing and stressful.  It's the amusement that all mothers need from time to time to avoid going insane.  It helps get the stress out of the way and lets you live your life.  With amusement comes funny stories too -- only a mother would know. A couple of days ago, I was in my bed with my 6-year-old reading Black Heels to Tractor Wheels--A Love Story By Ree Drummond (Great book!) while my daughter was … [Read more...]

Chris O’Donnell Has a Small Message for YOU!

As you may know, I participated in spreading the word about the New Lunchables -- Now With Fruit last month in Times Square.  I was able to interview Chris O'Donnell and spend time with the Lunchables team in helping Feeding America reach their goal of donating up to one million pounds of fruit to the hungry. It was a beautiful day despite the drizzle here and there.  The crowd was awesome and we all had a chance to try out samples of the Lunchables. But Lunchables still NEEDS your help in … [Read more...]
