Recently, my five year daughter and I had the opportunity to try out a brand new and fun product from V-Tech. It's called the MobiGo Touch Learning System. We received it over the weekend and already she's a pro at it. She loves it and takes it everywhere she goes. I'm happy to say she doesn't ask for my iPod Touch as much as before (Thank you V-Tech!). Watching shows on Food Network has been an obsession for me since my husband and I got DirectTV when we first moved into our house. I had no idea there was a channel dedicated to food (no, I wasn't living under a rock but it sure felt like it...lol). A few weeks ago, I was invited by my lovely friend Nancy to attend the YouCake event that was held at the MoonSoup. If you don't know what YouCake is, let me explain. When I was growing up, I hoped and prayed I would never have the need to wear braces. I made sure I took care of my teeth by brushing them twice a day and pushing my front teeth inward to prevent an overbite - I figured I was doing the same job as braces (obsessed, I know!).
