Happy Holidays everyone!! In my family, we always celebrate on Christmas Day. Occasionally we celebrate Christmas Eve (Noche Buena) but this year (b/c of the weather), we're celebrating on Xmas Day. We're not having alot of people over, just my 3 sisters. They're coming over tomorrow afternoon. So that means I'll be cooking with hubby tomorrow morning. I haven't been feeling too well. That is why I haven't been posting on my blog. I think it's just a cold with a sore throat and nasty non-stop cough that keeps me up at night.
