This is by far one the best things I saw while in Washington, DC. The Smithsonian has it on display next to other icons like Fonzie's jacket, the original Kermit the Frog puppet and even Dorothy's ruby red slippers. These two chairs brought back so many memories. This past Saturday, I went to the city for a show (post coming up) and when I got off the train, there was a festival with vendors selling clothes, jewelry, music, all types of food from different cultures, Pooh & Tigger dancing to reggae music & lots of people walking around enjoying the scene. Over the weekend, my hubby and I had an evening to ourselves. The kids went into another room to see some shows on tv while the "lovebirds" (aka hubby & I) sat on the sofa like a couple of teenagers in love.
