Last Post of The Year – Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013!

I know this blog has had many crickets these past few months. It's not my fault. A Thousand Years Younger.

Today's my birthday. I'm a thousand years younger - according to my 7 year old. It's actually something she said when I came home last Thursday from getting my hair highlighted, cut and straighten. As soon as I got home, she shouted, "Mommy, you look a thousand years younger"! I thought that was so cute. My kids rarely see me with my hair straighten. Update: Blogging Loop

So I've been out of the blogging loop for a few weeks now. Lots of things have happened since my last post. I'm sure by now everyone has heard about the tragedy that's happened in a Connecticut school where twenty children (and six adults) were shot and killed in a senseless act. I cannot fathom the thought of something bad happening to any of my dear children. God please help those parents who are grieving for their children.
