Waking up to the smell of apples and cinnamon baking in the oven is like heaven to me. The two scents combined makes me feel all warm inside and reminds me of the Fall, one of my favorite seasons. I have a confession -- I make a few New Years resolutions every year without fail and it always consists of losing weight (particularly losing 20 pounds). Always. This year is different.
