Special K Resolution Challenge: What Will You Gain When You Lose?

Are you starting a new resolution for the new year? If so, you're one of the many that will be. The top New Year's resolutions are losing weight, quit smoking, exercise more and of course, save money. This year, I'm not making any resolutions. Why?
