During the colder months, I tend to stay away from salads. I prefer hot, hearty meals in the winter to keep me warm and toasty…….but isn’t that the norm with everyone? In the summer, I’m all about salads and smoothies. It’s easy for me to maintain my weight in the summer because I’m not indulging in all of those carbs for dinner. 😉
Recently, I received an email from MyBlogSpark to try out Suddenly Salad. To be quite honest, I have never heard of Suddenly Salad before but because it’s a “salad”, I was very intrigued.
Well let me tell you — I LOVE it! It’s an easy side dish when you’re making chicken, pork chops, ribs and even burgers! My family raves about it all the time. They asked me why I haven’t bought Suddenly Salad sooner. I asked myself the very same question!
Suddenly Salad comes in many different varieties.
· Suddenly Salad Ranch and Bacon
· Suddenly Salad Classic
· Suddenly Salad Caesar
· Suddenly Salad Creamy Italian
· Suddenly Salad Creamy Parmesan
· Suddenly Salad Chipotle Ranch
· Suddenly Salad Basil Pesto
· Suddenly Salad Tuscan Style Tomato
I was sent one package of Suddenly Salad Classic and one package of Suddenly Salad Bacon & Ranch. They were both delicious but I preferred the Classic over the bacon and ranch flavor. I grew up with my mom making a classic-style pasta salad so this one tasted more like homemade to me. My family on the other hand, preferred the bacon and the ranch. They love bacon and ranch anything so go figure!
Go from ordinary to extraordinary!
Since my family loves Suddenly Salad so much, I’ll be sure to add them to our menu plan more often. It’s simple, easy and delicious!
