As you can see, this site is going thru some changes. I needed a new layout because the old one was not working well with plug-ins and other stuff. Wii Fit - Just doing the body test is addicting enough. It tells you if you loss or gained any weight since the last test. It's great! I also love the working out part too. Water - I have never been into water like I am now. I've stop buying soda because I hated the way I was feeling plus, I want/need to lose weight and soda is just empty calories.
