Hall is the guy behind Dexter Morgan in Showtime's "Dexter".  If you don't watch one of the best shows around, you are missing out.  He's a blood spatter analyst in the Miami Metro Police Department who also has a double life. When he's not helping the Homicide division solve murders, he spends his time hunting and killing bad guys who slip through the justice system.
