Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter since it’s been kinda quiet around here lately.
I’ve been under the weather for over a week. I think I developed severe allergies or have a nasty cold that just won’t go away. My sinuses have been so congested since last Friday, I can hardly think.
It’s been rough the last week. I couldn’t take another day congested so I headed out to Kmart to buy a humidifier. I’m praying it works because I can’t afford to lose anymore sleep!
Anyway, I’m off to try and finish Easter dinner.
We’re having garlicky pernil (pork shoulder), arroz con gandules, green beans & macaroni salad. I hope you’re all having a nice dinner as well.
