February 5th is National Wear Red Day – Giveaway (closed)

Scary isn’t it?  I have a dear family member that was diagnosed with heart disease a few months and it is indeed scary.

  1. My office is having a biggest loser competition and I am team captain for the “Little Giants” Big hearts with shrinking bodies. Ha. Its week 3 and I have lost 2 pounds.

  3. So far I’ve been going to the gym at least 4 times a week for three weeks already. Most importantly I’m finally maintaining a routine. Aside from working out, I’m eating less carbs and a lot fruits. Sexy body here I come!! 😀

  4. I sure try to be consistent with my exercise and diet.

  5. I am trying to eat a variety of new fruits and vegetables and replace the unhealthier things in my diet with them.

    Oooh, I tried nutrisystem years ago and it wasnt filling enough but I know they have revamped it and I’d love to try it. Thank you for the giveaway!
    I am using the treadmill, and both my husband and I are eating portion controlled meals for the time being, until we get a handle on the splurges of the last few years. Having a supportive partner is probably the most important thing I can do to get healthy.
