Family movie nights are always full of fun but they’re especially fun when you have special equipment to make it extra spectacular! Thanks to the awesome peeps from Fox Home Entertainment, we were gifted some pretty awesome space gear to help us celebrate the arrival of Ice Age: Collision Course on Blu-ray & DVD.
My little one loves to get packages from the Fox Home Entertainment team since they’re always sending some fun and exciting things for us to experience. She flipped out when she saw our cool space gear package. She couldn’t wait to go out and explore the moon & stars with the telescope.
We didn’t make anything fancy – we just had our tasty popcorn and our movie playing and we were all set!
My little one was glued to the tube the whole time.
So, have you seen the movie yet? If you haven’t, you have to see it. It’s hilarious!

Meet our favorite couple from Ice Age 5 – Sid and Brooke:
Brooke is this beautiful, artistic sloth who embodies all the utopian qualities of her peaceful community. So when she falls head over heels in love with Sid, it’s quite a surprise – especially to Sid.
Sid is our happy go lucky sloth has been looking for love in all the wrong places – until he makes a romantic connection with Brooke, the most desirable female sloth on Earth.
Here’s a small synopsis of the movie:
Manny the mammoth starts to worry when his daughter Peaches announces her engagement. Still unlucky in love, Sid the sloth volunteers to plan the couple’s wedding. To Manny’s dismay, nothing can stop the upcoming nuptials, except maybe the end of the world. When Scrat accidentally launches himself into outer space, he sets off a chain reaction that sends an asteroid hurtling toward Earth. Now, the entire herd must leave home to explore new lands and save itself from Scrat’s cosmic blunder.
