After having my son at the young age of 21 and knowing the pain I already endured, I knew that I wanted more children. Yes, I’m crazy but I never just wanted an only child.
Coming from a large family, I wanted at least two or three kids and thank the heavens I had three wonderful, healthy children.
Fast forward to today, I admit, I struggle at times with the three of them but for the most part they often get along.
To get them to watch the same show or movie is another story!
Granted, we do have family movie night some nights but sometimes it’s difficult to find something that is appropriate for the eleven year old. My teenagers can pretty much watch almost anything but when I bring the little one into the mix, it’s HARD!
Thank goodness for Netflix. We don’t have to stand on line to decide what to watch and spend over $50 just for movie tickets. We can decide in the comfort of our home — but I am not saying that it’s without a fight. While the hubs and I search for a movie, I have the teens bickering about what we should watch and the little one jumping in putting her two sense into everything…
“Oh, but I’m almost 13!” (She’s 11! – Not quite 13 yet!)
“But my brother saw that movie when he was younger!” (There’s always an excuse!)
But you know what though, most of the time we do manage to find something to watch and we enjoy it as a family. That’s what matters the most anyway…….FAMILY!
YAY for Netflix!!!!

Still Can’t Decide?Since we know getting a collective answer can be easier said than done, Netflix has created an iconic fortune teller to help your family decide what to watch next. Even better, create your own. |
How to play:1. Pick a color on the top four flaps and spell out the letters (e.g. B-L-U-E) while alternating a pinching and pulling motion with the teller to reveal a set of four numbers. |

We should get Netflix for my grandsons to watch this summer to give them more variety! What a bunch of great choices!
Great article Lisa! Netflix bickering also happens when friends get together for “Netflix and Chill” nights!
