I know it looks like mold or something that is just nasty but let me assure you, that green stuff was VERY GOOD!

Well it sure looks like mold, but I’m going to guess colored sugar, like the stuff you use to put on top of sugar cookies? If it’s not that, then I have NO idea. LOL!
It does look like mold – that’s what I thought at first.
