We Love Disney Movies! | Review

We have been on a Disney movie kick lately.  We all love to watch Disney movies, especially me because there is no doubt there will be anything that is inappropriate for kids.

I’ve got to give it to Disney, they really know how to make movies enjoyable for both the parents and kids.

Here are some movies we’ve seen in the past week:

The spectacular Halloween classic, Pooh’s Heffalump Halloween Movie, is now a limited edition gift set with an exclusive Pooh dressed as Tigger beanz plush –available in limited quantities on September 1, 2009 on Disney DVD. The hilariously haunting movie features Pooh and his friends as they weave unconditional friendship with spooky adventures and warm-hearted moments.  This movie was originally released in 2005 and is the sequel to the theatrical movie, Pooh’s Heffalump Movie

An epic story of adventure, starring some of the most magnificent and courageous creatures alive, awaits you in earth. Disneynature brings you a remarkable story of three animal families on a journey across our planet — polar bears, elephants and humpback whales – on a journey across our planet.

Filmed with spectacular clarity and beauty, Earth is both majestic and intimate as it captures rare action and never-before-seen footage of nature?s wildest and most elusive animals. From the landmark Disneynature collection, Earth is an astonishing and heartwarming film filled with adventure, suspense and humor that will take your breath away – especially in Blu-ray ™ High Definition.

We all LOVED this movie. It put us in a relaxed mood and probably lowered our blood pressure too. Some parts of the movie were indeed breath taking because they were some close calls but other than that, it was very interesting. You’ll love it too!

Check out a clip called “Another Dinner Guest”.  It’s both scary and amazing.

anchorsawaySince I’m not a 10 year old girl, I have to be honest and admit that I did not enjoy this DVD as much as my daughters did. My two daughters (10 & 4) LOVED it. They laughed throughout all the episodes and even watched them a second time. The one thing that I did enjoy were the outfits these girls had on. They were beautiful and really stylish.

Here is summary of the DVD:

Set sail for fun and adventure with Zack and Cody in The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away! The guys are somewhat more mature, but that doesn’t stop them from pulling high-seas high jinks in four outrageously funny episodes from the smash-hit Disney Channel original series! Plus, this DVD includes the two-part pilot episode, bonus episodes, cast interviews and more!
