Coffee IS good for you! Drink up!

When I heard about this study, I became really ecstatic because I love coffee. I could drink coffee several times a day. It gives me the extra needed boost I need through out the day and it tastes really good.  A little sugar & cinnamon makes it extra special for me.

There’s about 20 studies out now that coffee, both regular and decaffeinated, lower the risk for Type-2 Diabetes.

Other studies show that coffee may also lower the risk of Cancer, Liver Cirrhosis & Parkinson’s Disease.

So, if you’re a coffee drinker and feel like you should be limiting your coffee intake, remember these facts and savor and enjoy your java.
