Every Latina should have a little bit of KC in their life!

I had the privileged to try one of Karen Crawford’s tee shirts from KCTees. Her tees are about Peace, Love, Faith, Beauty, Unity and Hope.

The line was created with the objective of inspiring integrity, respect and self-esteem with messages we can all embrace.  You can also see them in several different magazines.  Check out Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke wearing it proudly.

I was really excited because it was not only something I can wear, it was from a Latina designer and she donates 10% of every purchase to Para Los Niños (For the Kids) foundation.  With all that in mind, I had to represent my Latinos.

When I received the package, it was wrapped really well. I was really impressed.

After I took the shirt out of the plastic, I could already tell it was going to be a comfortable shirt. It is so soft,  I couldn’t wait to wear it. So I washed and dried it so it can be fresh and clean (I wash EVERYTHING before I wear it).  I thought it was going to shrink a little but it didn’t. It was even softer after it was washed and dried.

I wore it this past Sunday and I loved it. It was soft, comfy and cute too.  My 17 year old sister fell in love with it. I especially love the message that is on the front of the shirt too.

It says, “Viva La Vida, Ama La Vida”. It means to “Love Life, Live Life”. I think that is a beautiful and powerful message.
