Thursday’s Recipe

I am a coffee lover.  I love the smell of coffee, the color of the coffee beans and of course the taste of good, strong coffee.  So when I was browsing through one of my magazines, I spotted a recipe I will definitely try in the near future.

Here it is:

Java-Nut Shake

In a blender, add:

~2 cups of ice cubes
~1/2 cup cold double-brewed nut-flavored coffee
~1/2 cup of chocolate milk
~1/3 cup of chocolate syrup
~1-2 TBs. superfine sugar

Mix these until it’s nice and smooth.

If you want, you can also garnish it with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, chocolate syrup and a cute coffee bean.  This recipe makes 2 servings.

Enjoy!

This sounds good – I luv Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts – but if I can make it at home – even better! Thanks for the recipe!

What is “double brewed” coffee? Do I put it through the coffee maker again or something?
