Did you know that the creator of *Nsync and The Backstreet Boys, Lou Pearlman was sentenced to 25 years in prison?
He allegedly swindled some 300 million dollars from investors and banks since the early 1980’s. That is some crazy news. There’s a catch that the judge gave him: For every 1 million that is returned to the investors, the judge will reduced his jail time by one month. LOL.. I truly don’t think that’s going to happen.
I’m just wondering, what the heck did he do with all that money? Well, I guess he has time to think about his crime. He does has 25 years to do ALOT of thinking.
I don’t understand, but there are some people that just don’t get it. You do the crime, you have to do the time! Wake up!
From what I’ve read, he worked those guys (who were KIDS at the time) to the bone – and then swindled them mightily. I’m glad he got sent to prison. What a jerk.
