My kids are back in school and I'm sure I'm not the only happy, ok ECSTATIC parent about school finally starting. ;) We are on day two and I couldn't be more happier! I know I said I was a picky eater not liking vegetables and all but I do have to add that I love cucumbers. It's refreshing, low in calories, contains fiber and has vitamin C.
