I just finished the last bit of Pumpkin Spice ice cream from Edy's. It's indeed a sad, sad day. You may be asking why. Well, here's the thing. I have a bit of an obsession with pumpkin. Watching shows on Food Network has been an obsession for me since my husband and I got DirectTV when we first moved into our house. I had no idea there was a channel dedicated to food (no, I wasn't living under a rock but it sure felt like it...lol).
