Verizon has Created a Brand New Virtual Assistant Tab #SomosFiOS

Hey everyone! Have I got news for YOU! If you’re a Verizon FiOS customer (if you’re not, you should be!), Verizon FiOS has finally debuted a new Virtual Assistance tab! It has a completely revamped and streamlined look and feel and should make it easy for anyone to use.

To find the tab is quite easy.  Log onto your Facebook account and make sure you “Like” Somos Verizon FiOS.  Click on the “Asistencia” (assistance) tab in between the “photos” tab and the “more” tab.  In the new Virtual Asistant Tab, you’re able to find out so much information, you may not need to call customer service. But if you prefer to speak to a live person (I know I do!), Verizon FiOS customer service is always ready to answer any and all of your questions.

The assistance tab is extremely easy to use.  Just hover over any category and you will find a variety of questions to solve your issue.
