My last few posts from Bobby Flay has been a vegan’s nightmare. So I thought since Hellmann’s provided me with a few vegan recipes, I’d share one of them here.
Vegetarian Cobb Wrap
A Bobby Flay Recipe
Serves: 4
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise ™ Creamy Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 pound blue cheese, sliced and crumbled
2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce
1 cup baby spinach leaves
½ cup diced tomato
½ cup diced avocado
4 wraps (white. whole wheat, tomato or spinach)
Instructions
- Whisk together the vinegar, Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise ™ Creamy Dijon Mustard and olive oil in a large bowl until combined.
- Put the romaine, spinach, tomato, avocado and blue cheese in a large bowl and toss to combine.
- Heat the wraps in a dry saute pan over low heat, or place on a plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 25 seconds to make more pliable. Place the wraps on a flat surface and spread some of the dressing over the surface. Divide the lettuce mixture among the wraps, fold like a burrito, slice in half and drizzle top with more dressing, if desired.
Disclosure: This is not a sponsored post. I was invited to a Hellmann’s event and wanted to share this tasty vegan recipe.

I’m not a vegan and I would def make them.
Mayonnaise and cheese are far from vegan. I think you are incredible confused about the vegan diet. Vegans do not eat ANY animal products! That means no eggs and no dairy-which differs from vegetarians, who allow dairy and eggs in their diet.
It was the name of the recipe. I didn’t create it just used it for everyone to see. Thanks for the information 🙂
