I fell off the exercise wagon two weeks ago. I couldn’t help it. And I was so ready for the 30 Day Challenge but I forgot about the “woman issues” that I go through. Back & abdominal pain, bloating, feeling nauseous, tired, etc…the list can go on and on.
But I did hop back on the wagon and I’m continuing the challenge.
So far, I’ve done 10 workouts and I feel great! My legs are a bit toned and I’ve lost some of my “love handles”. Slowly but surely I can tell I’m losing the fat that I haven’t lost since my last pregnancy 4 years ago. I guess I got comfortable eating whatever I wanted.
Gaining weight is so much fun then losing it, isn’t it?
Don’t get me wrong, exercising with the EA Sports Active is lots of fun but it’s also hard work too. I feel sore the next day, my knees are sore and those inline skating jumps are HORRIBLE! I love the boxing and the arms exercises. Those are my favorites.
So since I missed quite a few workouts, I’m thinking of taking the 30 Day Challenge in July too. I would love to be the same weight I was before I had kids, which was 120-125. I haven’t seen that weight in YEARS but I know I could do it.
I need to workout today so I’m getting my mind ready for my next workout. The Active said I need to get ready for some killer leg workouts. Yikes! Those are the worse.
Anyway, if you don’t have the EA Sports Active, what are you waiting for to buy it?
Go and get that NOW because it WORKS! You won’t regret it.
It’s getting back on the wagon that counts. I was supposed to exercise today – but didn’t due to a sick kiddo and a killer headache. Will need to exercise 3 days in a row now (instead of 2) to make up for it. Oh well. Sometimes life gets in the way – but it’s not falling off the wagon but getting back on that matters. 🙂
I LOVE EA Sports Active!!! It’s the most engaging activity I’ve done. My muscles are all sore – so I know it’s working! 🙂
I’m glad that the EA Sports Active is working for you. I’m in desperate need of a wii so I can use the EA Sports Active. It sounds like it’s great. You can do it girl! Keep up the good work!
PS I agree that eating is a lot more fun than dieting. Especially when it comes to chocolate chip cookies. 🙂
I got one and used it for two weeks. I could see a change in my body. But, summer is just so busy for me and I haven’t had the time for it, I will get back on the wagon soon, though…you’re right! It does work and it’s fun. 🙂
Best of luck to you.
