Healthier Meal Makeovers: Cooking Connections By TheMotherhood and ConAgraFoods

Before the month of January, I started to prepare my family by telling them that I will no longer fry any foods, buy any junk foods such as chips and cookies and they will have to learn how to eat new healthy foods such as veggies and whole grains.

Needless to say, my kids were not happy.  Little by little, they are adjusting pretty well but my five year year old needs more time. What can I say – she’s the pickiest of the bunch.  My husband and I are trying really hard to introduce different foods to her palette but she’s one tough cookie.  That’s ok because we are not quitting! Studies show it takes about 30 days for something to become a habit so let’s hope eating veggies and whole grains will become her habit. 😉

I’m happy to announce that I will be co-hosting an upcoming class in the Web’s first-ever virtual cooking school, Cooking Connections, and I would love for all of you to join me!
